Best activities to do in malta for each season (Copy)

Are you planning to travel to Malta in February but are unsure of what to do? We will clear up your questions and assist you in selecting the ideal activities for each season in our blog.

It is true that visiting Malta in the summer is the ideal time to take advantage of its lovely beaches. The Blue Lagoon is a terrific place to swim, and Riviera Beach is a great place to sip a beverage. However, it doesn't always follow that visiting in other seasons is a terrible choice. Malta is an excellent location all year long. In this blog, I'll describe the weather patterns throughout the year and the best things to do in each season:

  • WINTER: Malta’s winter are not cold. That is why it is a perfect destination to escape of the cold temperatures of the rest of Europe. The average temperatures between December and March are approximately between 15 and 17 degrees. The island receives like 5 or 6 hours of sun during this season so you will get some winter sun. There are many different activities which you can do during this season. Another advantage of this season is that you can find cheaper flights and accommodation.

ACTION ACTIVITIES: Archery, fixed target shooting, paintball, laser tag, quad biking, horse riding, biking, rock climbing or Segway ride.

NIGHT ACTIVITIES: Malta has a great nightlife during all the year, so Winter is a perfect opportunity to go partying without worrying about waking up early to go to the beach. A private Bar crawl, Nightclub entry or VIP Access, karaoke or booking a limousine ride are great ideas for this season.

FOOD AND DRINKS: Winter is also a perfect opportunity to organize activities which involve food or drinks. Make a wine tasting or a tour in a cellar, organize a barbecue in your villa or rent a private chef.

  • SPRING/AUTUMN: The seasons of spring and autumn are ideal times to visit Malta. Low levels of precipitation and moderately mild temperatures are present. During the day, it's usually around 20 or 25 degrees. Swimming or taking a ride on a private boat are absolutely feasible from April until the end of September. It is completely possible to participate in any form of watersport activity between May and September. This season may be ideal for you if you prefer to enjoy the sun but do not like high temperatures. Stag and Hen parties are especially recommended during this time of year.

  • SUMMER: The majority of visitors to the island travel during the summer. You have daylight for roughly 12 hours every day, and the average temperature is around 30 degrees. You can engage in any activity during this time, but you should be careful when it comes to the sun during the midday hours and frequently apply suncream. A private boat rental, water sports, and international celebrations are all ideal at the moment.
